Responsibilities

As the primary web developer for the company, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the websites supporting the various components of QC Ware’s businesses. Responsibilities include the following:

  • Design and develop responsive, visually engaging, and SEO-friendly websites using Webflow.
  • Design and develop simplified CMS collections capabilities across QC Ware’s websites for management simplicity.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all web designs.
  • Provide recommendations and develop processes on how to streamline website updates for non-experts of Webflow.
  • Implement and maintain high-quality SEO policies and incorporate them with content produced for the website.
  • Migrate existing sites from Wordpress to Webflow and integrate with existing Webflow environment.
  • Integrate our websites with third party integrations for analytics, automation, and design.
  • Conduct website testing to ensure functionality across all browsers and devices.
  • Update and maintain the website, including content updates, visual enhancements, and performance improvements.
  • Provide training to team members on using Webflow and maintaining website content.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and applications relevant to web design and development.

Role

As a Webflow Web Designer and Developer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and highly functional websites using the Webflow platform. You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to translate company branding and product features into a compelling web experience.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in web design and development with a robust portfolio showcasing published Webflow site projects.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web design coding languages.
  • Certified in Webflow University Expert Certification exams, demonstrating proficiency in Webflow basics, layout, and CMS.
  • Ability to conduct third party integrations for analytics and tracking, automation, and design.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that the application will adhere to them.
  • Strong UI/UX design skills with an emphasis on creating responsive, visually appealing websites that adhere to accessibility standards.
  • Ability to develop and test website applications, create design elements, and identify and diagnose website issues.
  • Expertise in using Webflow’s visual editor, grid system, interactions, and animations.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, particularly in debugging within the Webflow platform.
  • Familiarity with tracking site traffic and monitoring engagement rates using Google Analytics.
  • Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

Compensation

The salary pay band for this full-time position is $80,000 - $110,000 annually.

This can vary by location. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, competencies, experience, market demands, internal parity, and relevant education or training.
